PIANOo fulfills the helpdesk function for Socially Responsible Purchasing and also fulfills the helpdesk function for substantive questions about the SPP criteria.

During the annual update period, a “Provide feedback” button can be found for each criterion. This feedback goes to the parties that carry out the update and process the feedback.
